Recipe by Grandma Tietge
1 tbl. flour
2 tbl. butter (melted)
2 tsp. worcestershire
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbl. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 - 6 1/2 oz can minced clams undrained
8 large mushroom caps
Preheat oven to 400. Cook garlic in butter in skillet until golden brown. Stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into 8 large mushroom caps. In shallow baking pan, bake 5 - 7 minutes or until hot.
