Machine to Deliver the Toys?

The Appendapulator, the great toy-making machine of the North Pole, has just been modified by Gizmo Elf, Santa's Chief Inventing Elf, and the Appendapulator's creator. He and Waldo Elf have said that his latest upgrade will change the way the North Pole does Christmas forever. As Santa, Mrs. Claus, and dozens of elves crowded into Gizmo's workshop, Gizmo began his presentation.

"My fellow elves, Santa, and Mrs. Claus, we have greatly improved the way we make toys, thanks to the Appendapulator," he began. "Without it, it would be very difficult to make all the toys for all the good children in the world who celebrate Christmas. Now, with my latest improvements, we can move on to the next phase..."

A jolly jingling tune interrupted Gizmo's speech. Santa reached into his pocket and pulled out a small red and green device. "Ho ho ho! Sorry about that, Gizmo," Santa said, "Petey--my Personal Digital Elf, has just downloaded the latest Naughty and Nice list." He jabbed a few buttons on the PDE. I think I'm getting the hang of this. I just wish I could get emails from the North Pole. I only seem to get them from kids right now."

"I'll take a look at it after my speech," said Gizmo. "Now, as I was saying, the Appendapulator has been making toys for several years now, and we've come to depend on it. This summer, I realized that even though we're making toys in a new way, on Christmas Eve, those toys..."

The jolly jingling tune interruped Gizmo once again. "Well, bless my beard!" Santa exclaimed. "Look at all the wish lists that have been sent me! Ho ho ho! We're going to have a lot of toys to deliver on Christmas Eve!" Santa looked up at Gizmo. "Er--sorry Gizmo," he said. "Please continue."

"As I was saying, the new Appendapulator, version two-point-HO, does more than just make the toys, it will also..."

The jolly jingling tune stopped Gizmo yet again. Santa looked down at his PDE. "It's not Petey," he said. All the elves turned around to look at the sound, and found Waldo, playing his harmonica. "Oops! Sorry," Waldo said, putting his harmonica in his pocket. "I liked the song it played."

"IF there are no more interruptions," Gizmo said, I'd like to announce that the Appendapulator will now not only make the toys, but deliver the toys as well!"
