Still No Claus!

Hard Work, but No Santa Yet

[Still No Claus!]

All the elves were working very hard at the North Pole, getting ready for Christmas. But none were working harder than Gizmo. Unfortunately, he seemed to be making no progress in getting Santa back to the North Pole. But he was trying. Every few minutes, he would add or remove a gizmo or whatzit to the appendapulator, and pulling the lever. So far, however, he had yet to bring Santa back.

"I've brought back a cat with sandy claws, a man named "Sandy" Klaus, and a bacon-lettuce-and tomato sandwich, of all things," Gizmo said, "but so far no Santa Claus. Luckily, Mr. Klaus was asleep at the time, so we were able to pop him away from the North Pole before he woke up."

"I wonder if he ended up back where he came from," said Waldo Elf.

"Ohh...I never thought of that," said Gizmo.

"But at least we got a bacon sandwich!" said Waldo. "I was hungry."

"What we need to keep in our minds is that we need to get Santa back," said Gizmo

"I wonder where Santa is now," said Waldo.

"He's in Epping Forest, in England" said Gizmo.

"I don't think so," said Waldo. "Every time before, when we activated the Appendapulator, he was popped from one place to another, so he was probably popped this time as well."

"But we activated the lever about 20 times so far!" said Gizmo.

"I'm guessing he's pretty dizzy by now," said Waldo. "Maybe we should stop for a while and let him catch his breath."

How dizzy is Santa? Where is he now? And will he make it back in time for Christmas Eve? Keep reading the Norht Pole Times to find out!
