Presenting the Presentator!

Gizmo Elf is the best inventing elf in the history of The North Pole. His greatest invention--the Appendapulator--makes all the toys that Santa brings to good boys and girls on Christmas Eve!

Right now, Gizmo is talking to Santa and a group of elves. He is standing in his workshop in front of a new machine that he promises will make the Christmas Season even easier!

"The Appendapulator makes toys from wishes," said Gizmo. "We feed it the Wish Lists that the kids fill out, and out come the toys. But what happens when someone changes their mind?" He held up some wish lists. "Last year Susan from Chicago wanted a doll, but then she changed her mind, and wanted a skateboard instead! And Samaya from Buffalo wanted a skateboard, then changed her mind and wanted a doll!"

"I remember," said Bernard Elf."We almost sent them the wrong presents!"

Gizmo smiled excitedly "We won't have to worry about that anymore," he said, "because I present to you--The Presentator!"

"Oooh!" said everyone in the crowd. They liked the name.

Gizmo picked up a wrapped present and put it on one side of the machine. "This present is a doll for Susan," he said, and then he picked up another present and put it on the other side of the machine. "And this is Samaya's skateboard." Gizmo pushed a button, and pulled a lever. The presents glowed blue, and the machine went 'blurp.'

"I have just switched the gifts inside their boxes! No more wrapping and re-wrapping! They've been Presentated!" said Gizmo, and everyone applauded.

"Ho, ho, ho!" said Santa. "That's a splendid machine you have their, Gizmo! But I have a different solution that might be better!"
