Arctic Shrimp

Recipe by Mrs. Claus
[Arctic Shrimp]


INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. cooked large shrimp
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup corn oil
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbl. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:
Add all ingredients and blend well in medium bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Refrigerate covered 2 1/2 hours. Drain if desired. Serve on fresh lettuce leaves.
